Located in the tranquil Brown Brook section, you will have your own private sandy beach to relax, play corn hole outback, or go fishing off the dock.  The camp will be sold furnished with laundry and an aluminum dock ready for your summer guests.  There is a separate storage shed, laundry shed, and outdoor shower. This is an active short-term rental with guests booked most of the Summer.  You have the option of taking on the guest and current income. There is no organized road association, septic inspected in recent years, a well supplying the water, and AC/Heat pump installed recently.
