At 2,800 feet elevation, $160.90 per month covers road maintenance, 24 hour security, and golf course maintenance. Also currently includes greens fees on Stonehaven and Woodhaven Golf Course, but does not include cart. Fee covers the use of Woodhaven Club House which has outdoor swimming, tennis, exercise room, restaurant, and pro shop.
