There is a cozy gas fireplace in the living room with ample seating for entertaining and relaxing.  Also in the open concept living space, is a dedicated dining area and the fully equipped kitchen with an oversized island for additional seating.  Just outside the kitchen is a screened in porch with privacy screen around the hot tub for relaxing year-round. The resort community offers a custom pool with a grotto, a fitness room, tennis courts, basketball courts, a clubhouse, and nature trails. This community is very convenient to downtown Gatlinburg, the Arts and Crafts District, adjacent to Bent Creek Golf Course, and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park.
