There is a breakfast bar and a small functional kitchen with stove and fridge. The livingroom is more open, yet still cozy with a couch and a woodstove. Off of the livingroom, there is a small semi-enclosed and semi-private deck. The first floor has a bedroom and there are 2 bedrooms upstairs, one even has it's own little balcony!  Take a short walk and you can access Millville Pond at the shared right of way to get to the pond. Enjoy! This won't last. Electric is included. The only heat source is a wood stove.Cable and internet not provided. Credit check on all adults, good credit, personal insurance required. First month and security deposit is required. Washer and dryer included for tenants use.
