The east facing living room allows for beautiful sunrises and the setting in the west helps to keep the living area cooler!  This home has a new roof (about 2 years) and an updated kitchen.  You will see a list of improvements on the kitchen counter.  The mountain views from the patio deck are incredible.  The Canyon is a beautifully kept up community with many fun activities.
