The downstairs features plenty of storage area, a rec room and bedroom space (see notes) Amenities aren't far - 3 pools (one indoor year-round) a fitness center, pickleball/tennis, and multiple kayak/tubing drop in locations all within the community will keep you as busy as you like.  Currently sleeps 11 in 3 bedrooms.  Never been in a rental program, but Coosawattee River Resort allows short-term rentals.  Enjoy perfect seclusion just 10 minutes to town.
