Windows Must be Done: Third floor, front of house: Sliding glass door for front balcony as well as sliding window for front bedroom. Basement: all three small windows in the basement on the front of the house need to be replaced. Roof bulkhead: window will need to be installed for FDNY compliance. Roof: The stair bulkhead will need to be wrapped again and sealed to be completed. Wall capping still needs to be completed, as well as finishing of party walls. 1329 Park Place chimney needs to be brought up to the level of the new roof. Front door will need to be installed and finished. ADA Chairlift will need to be installed All iron work needs to be done, i.e. stair guardrails, balcony and roof guardrails.
