Constructed in the 1930's during the height of the Great Depression, the lore is that this little brick Cape was a pattern plan from Better Homes & Gardens in the late 20's called The Provincetown, modified slightly from the original design (brick fronted, different windows, dormers & an attached garage (now a playroom). Simply looking at the symmetrical faade, one would think that this house was small on the inside, you would be wrong! With nearly 2,000 Sq. Ft. of living space plus additional space in the walkout basement, there is much more than meets the eye. A brick sidewalk lines the entire front of a large yard for the neighborhood. There are heritage azaleas that line the side & rear yards, yet the large, level side yard has an abundance of sunshine. The modern kitchen is completely open to this new space with granite counters, maple cabinets, S/S appliances & a tiled floor. There is a large pantry on one side wall.
