Perfectly sited on a knoll with expansive water views at the head of the Lagoon, it is a few short steps to the private sandy shore for swimming, kayaking or continue down the pond out to open water. Designed by the owner's architect father (Nembhard Culin a renowned watercolor artist,) it worked as a solar-heated house for over 40 years. The non working hot air solar collectors have now been turned into a photovoltaic system so it is now 100% renewable electric.
