Shops are allowed with a maximum size of 50'x80'. Barndominiums (Shop Homes) are allowed. Buyers will have to drill their own domestic water well and put in their own septic system under the county EPA requirements. The owners will be able to attend either Garden City or Holcomb School districts. There will be a $5,000.00 building deposit at closing that will be refunded with approved building plans and county permit, a one year extension may be granted by the owner with an additional deposit.
