Welcome to the Maple Uncommon in beautiful downtown Columbus. You will find a three-story building that has been a Hotel and Art Gallery for the past 17 years; there are seven hotel-style bedrooms and three main-floor rooms. One offers a King bed and 1 Twin bed. Another room provides one king bed, one queen bed, and one twin bed. The third room on the main floor has two twin beds. Also, on the main floor, you will find several common areas, two public restrooms, a commercial laundry room, and a kitchen with a commercial stove and sink. Off the kitchen is a large storage/ pantry area that attaches to the dining area, with French glass doors opening to the commons area. A staircase in each corner of the main floor leads to the apartment and more. Two offer two queen beds, and two rooms offer one queen bed. All rooms offer a desk area and a full bathroom. On the third floor, you will find a large, appealing apartment with large windows and an open concept. It offers a large bedroom, a walk-in closet, and a large bathroom with a Whirlpool, walk-in shower, and double vanity. At the Roadside on the third floor, you will find a large open room that is unfinished and offers tons of natural light and many opportunities. Two large offices on the second floor offer large windows that overlook the common area.
