This is a premium parking spot for skiers who don't want to take the bus or park in the WS lot. It is a very short walk to the Lodge.  It is also a great way to get close access to World Cup ski events in March as parking will be extremely limited.-  It includes a parking pass for a space in the IV parking lot, so you have effectively 2 parking spots. IV condo ownership is NOT required.
