This lot  overlooks Crystal Lake from a hill across the road from the lake.  However, the lot has access to Lake LeAnn.  The great thing about being part of the Lake LeAnn Community is that you can rent, for a small fee,  a mooring space and leave your water craft in the the lake from spring to fall.  Lake LeAnn consists of two lakes (about 200 acres) which are not connected; however, you can use both lakes.  There is a boat launch at both lakes.
