The Blast From the Past Diner is a modular diner built in Ormond Beach, Florida by Valiant Diners. The restaurant was shipped to Waterboro in 3 parts and assembled. The restaurant opened on July 2004. Inside the metallic-looking diner includes black & white checkered floors, red leather booths, a counter with swivel stools, a soda & milk shake fountain and lots of 50's and 60's memorabilia on the walls. Summer months an antique car show every Friday night in the parking lot attracts locals, summer visitors and car enthusiasts. Diner sits on 2.50 acresExcess land in the rear of the diner is 3.09 acres. Town water to this land. Land may be developed into single family lots or 55+ housing. Check with the town planner.
