Covered front porch and grassy backyard area. Great location, super convenient to Winder, Bethlehem, Hwy 81 and Hwy 316.     At this duplex, the kitchen and living room walls back up to each other, the bedrooms are on the ends of each side of the building. There is a double wall with insulation between the units to help with noise and keep the heat or cold from coming through.    Utilities are the tenant's responsibility.  The utilities are with:  Power: Jackson EMC at 770-963-6166  Water: ARI bills tenant quarterly for water.  ARI bills tenant $24 per month for garbage service (recycling not available).
