We have 7.30 acres available on scenic highway 11 in Pickens,  South Carolina.  Located one mile east of Table Rock State Park.  Currently operating as a Restaurant, ice cream shop, Pizza Parlor, General store and a few other shops surrounded by natural beauty. We have a smoke house for preparing delicious BBQ and ribs.  There is a stage available for bands and entertainment. There is a cabin and trailer/office on the property.  There is a beautiful creek that is located on the left side of the property that has a perfect tranquil setting for cabins and tent sites if that is desired by the owners.  There is a covered front porch in front of every store and complete with rockers, tables and chairs to relax. Whether local or traveling through the area; this is one of the few restaurants in the area to stop and take a break and enjoy what it has offer.  Scenic Highway 11 is a 112 mile route through Piedmont and the Upcountry. It has been voted one of the best road trips in South Carolina.
