The Summit is a gated community on the Eastside with a pool and Volleyball courts. This unit  has 2 bedroom with 2 full bathrooms on the second floor. On the main floor there is a 1/2 bathroom, living room / dining room and a good size kitchen.  The fridge, stove / oven, microwave and dishwasher were replaced in 2024. There is all new carpet on the stairs, landing and both bedrooms. The current resisdents graduate late May and will need to stay until then.
