Cozy, comfortable, ultra clean, location and in my opinion the nicest 1 bedroom currently for sale at the Warwick.  The view and unit itself engulfs you upon entering 732.  This past August the kitchen was totally redone and it tastefully decorated.  Aside from the new appliances the Quartz counter adds to the overall beautiful effect.  Condo 732 is a direct ocean view and overlooking the fabulous pool.  Regardles of my input it must be seen to be fully appreciated.  There is carpet in the living room and bedroom and tile in the kitchen and bathroom.  There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom and the beautiful window trearment remains.  The Warwick is probably the best value on the boardwalk and the HOA includes all utilities .  Parking on the Warwick lot is an additional $80.00 a month and there is a waiting list that usually is not a long wait.  If you wanted to store a bike in the Warwick bike room the additional cost is $25.00 a year.  Make that appointment to see 732 or call me for further information
