The Marina was rebuilt in 2016 and reopened in 12/2017.  The only component not replaced is the wooden fixed dock and metal ramp that leads to the concrete floating docks.  $290/mo. condo fee covers insurance, maintenance, etc. of the facility.  Each boat in the marina must show evidence of insurance with liability of a minimum of $300,000 - must list Frederica Yacht Club as additionally insured.   Each slip has a dock box (replacement is owner responsibility,) a power pedestal with 30 and 50 amp service as well as AC power, and a water connection. Max boat length allowed is 45' overall. There are restrictions for use both from the Association and from the DNR. A-7 has approx. 5' of depth at low tide. Please measure at low tide to verify.  This slip is currently rented on a month-to-month basis.  Tenant would like to continure renting if possible.   Sellers are licensed real estate agents in GA.
