Set back from the road this cozy home is centrally located to enjoy the Lakes and White Mountains of New Hampshire. Snowmobile Trails are close by, King Pine is about 20 minutes away & the shops, restaurants and big ski areas of North Conway about 40 minutes up Rt 16. On the way stop at Chocorua Lake and watch the sled dog races! Come summer you'll relax after a long day, out on the back deck.  Enjoy the cool clear water of White Pond just down around the corner, get there early mornings to hear the sounds of Loons echoing in the mist. For bigger lake fun, cruise up Rt 16 to the boat launch on Rt 25 & motor out to Ossipee Lake and spend the day swimming at the sand bar, fishing or just relaxing on the boat. House is currently a vacation home, enjoy the same way or make it a year round home!
