The roof has broad eaves studded with paired brackets, has gabled dormers facing front, and is topped by an hexagonal cupola. The Hichborn Restaurant is on the first floor of the house, with 5 unique dining rooms, a fantastic bar with heated stone bar top and a very efficient chef's kitchen with all necessary equipment. Upstairs, there are 4 bedrooms, 2 with en-suite baths plus a section in the Ell with an additional owner's bedroom with ensuite bath, a small office and a second full bath. Total 5 bedrooms and 4 baths on the 2nd floor. It was once The Hichborn Inn, and could be again. Beautiful furnishings convey, as do the intellectual business assets.
