The ‘West Ouachita Tract’ (#03019-04046) is a ±20-acre tract located in the southwest part of Dallas County about one mile west of the Ouachita community.  Access is via ¾ mile of logging road off highway #7.  Most of the tract, about 26 acres consists of pine plantations.  There are about 14 acres established in 2008 and ±12 acres established in 2012.  There are an additional ±6 acres of mixed pine and hardwood along a stream that runs across the southern portion of the property.
