The current interior office plan provides open entry, seven private offices, conference room and two lavatories reported at 3,600 square feet. The mechanicals in the shop area include radiant tubular heating units and makeup air unit. Various electric buss ducts are observed in addition to airlines. A 48’ x 60’ or 2,880 square foot portion on the north side of the building is leased on a monthly basis. They have one overhead service door and exterior entry door.
