Deed Restrictions: There are not any deed restrictions associated with this property.  Cabin #1:  This cabin roughly 12 feet wide x 32 feet long. The cabin has one bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen area and a loft area that can be used for storage or additional sleeping.  The cabin has electrical wiring and water plumbing.  The current owner uses a gasoline generator for power.  A rainwater collection and septic system have not been installed.  Cabin #2: This cabin is roughly 11.5 feet wide x 16 feet long with a 6 feet x 10 feet bathroom area. This cabin has a 100 Watt solar system with car battery with 12 VDC lighting in the cabin.  Additionally, the cabin is wired for a generator which powers 120 VAC lighting.  The cabin has a window AC unit and also a nice wood stove.  There is a 250 gallon poly rainwater collection tank and a 12 VDC water pump. The cabin has a septic system.
