Highly visible corner location on S. Hwy 51 at the north intersection of Old Hwy. 51 with access off Old Hwy 51.  This may be "in the country," but it is on a state highway, heavily traveled and across from a Dollar General and about 1/8 mile from Unity Point School.  There is a traffic light at this intersection making access easy.
