A watershed lake can be found in the property's southwest corner, giving access to the entire lake. Less than a mile from Hinkle Lake, whose spillway creates a beautiful creek running through this property, offers amazing fishing and recreational opportunities. Ouachita Timber (529+/- Acres) The Quachita Timber tract spans 529+/- acres and primarily consists of marketable Pine timber with some hardwoods mixed in.
