There are 15 lots being sold together. At this time, there is no road into the subdivision.    There are two lots that can have access from Sunset Rd. but for the others, roads would have to be put in.   The owner would like to sell all of the lots as a package deal but would consider options of splitting some of them off with an acceptable offer. However, the owner will not sell each lot individually.    One Lot from partial 120055 is too small to build on.   This lot does have its partial ID however, it would have to be combined with another lot to build on it.
