This 50 M/L acres is located Livingston County and about 8 miles Northwest of Chillicothe, MO.  The North side of the farm has road frontage on LIV 230 and is a little over a mile off highway A.   This farm has a great balance of timber and tillable acreage, with the FSA map showing about 25 acres of tillable.  The timber has been selectively logged.  The gently rolling landscape and timber makes for great deer bedding and there was abundant sign in the snow while I was taking pictures.
