Wonderful wooded area for hunting.  A trememdous amount of deer and wild turkey in the area.  Also a very nice area to live in. Lot #7 is the only lot that can possibly be built on; however, there are no warranties for a home site. Lot #7 has not been approved by the Health Department.  A new buyer would have to complete this process before building a home there. Lot #8 is more hilly.  Lot #8 wraps around the cemetery.
