Lot 12 amidst several lots on this mountain is a sweet spot. Great wooded building lot in tidy log home community of Green Mountain Village in Vilas NC. Shared well with lot 13 is available. Terrific location just 8 miles from Town of Boone and easy drive to Mountain City TN. Currently there are two or three mobile homes in this neighborhood from past owner. Once the lots are sold that hold these, they will have to be removed from this neighborhood as per new restrictions. There are NO MOBILES on lot 12. Road up to top past Yasmine needs bush hogging but can be explored on foot.
