On the European side of Istanbul is the district of Silivri. It is a rule area some 65km away from Istanbul's urban core and has a lovely location on the coast of the great sea of Marmara, where the air is renowned for being clear and fresh. For this reason, in the summer particularly, it becomes a tourist destination. The D100 and E80 highways run through this area. The villa complex is conveniently located between the two highways, which means local facilities and those further afield, can be easily reached. In relation to the villas, the Silivri shopping centre is 12 minutes away, the state hospital is 13 minutes away, and Istanbul Rumeli University is 13 minutes away as well.
