About the Project; The project stands out in a way that meets the needs of the project by including zero waste and elements that will facilitate communal living, as well as environmentally sensitive commercial areas that support a contemporary lifestyle. Important elements such as green areas, recycling systems and energy efficiency aim to ensure that residents live in harmony with nature and minimize environmental impact. The project has a total project area of 68, 200 m2 and a construction area of 395, 00 m2. The project includes 15 blocks, 2482 residences and 17 commercial areas.
