El Jem, Mahdia 5160

The house is located 10 minutes from the city of El Jem, where the first Roman amphitheater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is located. The city has all services, bank, hospital, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.It consists of 2 bedrooms in the main house, an open kitchen followed by the dining room and living room with a full bathroom.In the garden we have another multipurpose room and a complete bathroom for guests.We have 5 olive trees where they give 70 liters per year. Fruit trees as well as a place reserved to make a swimming pool.It is located in a very quiet area of chalets.It is sold due to illness since I live in Spain. [IW]
