Rogatec, Šmarje pri Jelšah 3252

An old farmhouse in Dobovec pri Rogatcu is for sale. The house is located on the main road that connects Rogatec and the border crossing Lupinjek (Croatia). It is about 2.3 km from the border crossing with Croatia and 5.7 km from Rogatec. The house was built according to data from the Statistical Office of the Republic of Slovenia in 1750, was presumably built in the last quarter of the 19th century and falls under monumental protection.
