    To supply the semi-detached house with electricity, each semi-detached house is provided with a residential distributor with a separate switch, a lamp to indicate the lower tariff and installation circuit breakers to protect individual circuits."

    One or two ceiling outlets are provided for lighting in each room (depending on the size of the room).

    In each twin, there is one socket in the hall for the tele information network. For the TV, one antenna socket is provided for receiving radio and TV programs in the living room.

    In addition to the usual radio and TV programs, the system will also allow access to the INTERNET, IP telephony and other services provided by the operator. In the entrance hall of each twin, there is a speech device for communicating with visitors (intercom) at the entrance door. A bell button is provided in front of the entrance to each twin unit. The device will be combined with an electric lock to open the front door.

    MACHINERY INSTALLATIONS: Heating and cooling

    Each semi-detached house will have a separate system for heating and cooling the premises and sanitary water with a heat pump and a built-in wall converter. The semi-detached house will be heated with underfloor heating.

    Ventilation: All houses will be equipped with censored ventilation units, which are characterized by excellent technical properties: high efficiency of heat return, quietest operation, low energy consumption. Innovative, modern design and individual settings satisfy even the most demanding customer. Ventilation in the semi-detached house and all rooms lying outside can also be natural, by opening the windows.

    Plumbing installation: Verticals will be guided in installation shafts to the floors, where individual sets of consumers will be connected to them. Water meters will be installed in front of each twin. Hot sanitary water will be prepared with a heat pump.

    Sewerage: Drains from kitchens and bathrooms will be carried out with PP (polypropylene) sewage pipes
