Land located in Viseu, on Rua Simes Dias, with an area of 14, 418.7 sqm. The land is located in a central area of the city, overlooking the monumental area and it is close to important equipments and green areas. This land has an approved Allotment Project, with pardon to payment and due to its location, it will have a great impact in the development of the entire central area of the city.There was a serious concern in integrating the new allotment in the central area of the city, creating targeted axes and safeguarding an overall positive impact. Respect for the extremes and the respective regulatory distances, in the perspective of an autonomous urban solution. Contribution to the pedestrian and bicycle link between the centre and this area.
