Imposing palace located in a prime area of the historic center of Vila Nova de Gaia, close to the river. Inserted in a plot of land with 1451 square meters, with a gross construction area of 1451 square meters, of which only 456 meters correspond to dependent areas. 
Fully rehabilitated and expanded in 2008, licensed for services (teaching license). The building consists of four floors, with a main body with four fronts, where externally the original features have been preserved, and two new bodies that extend on the sides of the main body, with magnificent outdoor areas in front of the palace, ensuring privacy and distance from the street and surrounding buildings. 
The entrance to the palace is at a lower level, where there is a small shop and a garage.
