This building will consist of two apartment blocks consisting of six floors

STRUCTURE:

- It will be a mixed construction system, with columns, reinforced concrete beams and prestressed slabs executed according to the project, complying with the

regulation. The walls in contact with the earth will be made of reinforced concrete.

EXTERIOR PARAMETERS: 
- The exterior walls will be composed of thermal brick and an interior ceiling will be made of plasterboard. 
- The walls between fractions will also be made of thermal brick, with plasterboard lining on both sides. 
- In garages, the partition walls will be composed of concrete block facing the view. 
- On the exterior walls, a 40mm hood system will be installed in the color Ral 7035.

FLOORS:

- The ceilings of the Sub-Basement and Basement floors will be finished with sandblast finishing. 
- The ceilings of the balconies will be finished in exposed concrete.

WALLS: 
- Bathrooms tiled up to 20/m² and painted walls 
- The partition walls of the apartments will be made of plasterboard for painting with color to be defined.

CARPENTRY:
- White laminate trims, doors and skirting boards 
- Built-in wardrobes with interior unit of drawers, shelf and clothes rail, with linen interior and white laminate doors.

KITCHEN: 
- Kitchen in laminate in the colour to be defined 
- Balcony in Compac Glacier Quartz or equivalent 
- Appliances included: Oven, Hob, Microwave and Wall Extractor Fan.

FRAMES, GLASSWARE & LOCKSMITHING:
- Security entry doors 
- Fire doors on stairwells 
- Heat-break aluminium doors and windows with double glazing 
- Sectional gates for access to the floors of the Sub-Basement and Basement, and in the individual garages 
- Balcony guards in grey laminated glass 
- Coating of the balconies in Stacbond type metal composite panels or equivalent in black.

BAKERY: 
- Pre-installation of solar panels 
- Complete installation of air conditioning system by Vrv type ducts 
- Installation of a gas boiler for water heating.

ELECTRICITY: 
- Video intercom 
- Pre-installation of anti-intrusion alarm 
- Electric shutters in aluminium in the colour of the frames 

CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS: 
The bathrooms will have: 
 - Chrome-plated single-lever mixers from the Roriz brand 
 - Italian-type shower tray 
 - Bathroom furniture with built-in washbasin 
 - Sanitary ware 
 - Installation of ventilation ducts in the WC's and the respective device
