Details:- The intervention area is bounded to the east by the Vale da Rosa Municipal Road and to the west by Renault's facilities. The South is part of the new detailed plan of the Vale da Rosa area, according to a copy of the Notice 1/2008 of the Setúbal C.M.de, where the future stadium of Vitória de Setúbal is planned to be built.

The entire area will be built with four-storey buildings and plenty of green areas, only in this area is this exclusive allotment of villas planned.
