There are two traditional houses attached to each other.
The main house consists of a dining/living room, rustic kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a family bathroom. 
The second house consists of a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, bedroom with wardrobe, bathroom. There is a separate entrance to a small annex with a bedroom and bathroom for guests.
Both houses have been renovated in 2010 one with wooden beam high ceilings. 
Across the second house is a large garage/storage which with some creativity could be transformed into a large open space living area and kitchen. 
The large agricultural plot is flat with many carob trees, olive trees some fruit trees, an "Eira, water tank, cistern, a bore hole and agriculture water from the dam. 
A typical Portuguese Quinta with a beautiful large land, lots of tranquillity and peace near Moncarapacho and Tavira.
