The land has 50 olive trees with the average annual production of 120 liters of olive oil. There are also some fruit trees for own consumption: (2 cherry trees, 2 orange trees, 1 pear tree, 2 
 plum trees and 1 persimmon).

This land is also entitled to subsidy for the reconstruction of schist walls typical of the Douro region classified by Unesco as World Heritage.
