The villa, Casa Mimosa , is an old property (pre 1951) T3+1, whose renovation maintained the architectural originality. The original wooden floor was kept, as well as the moldings, the plaster ceilings, and the wooden shutters. The house is distributed over two floors, with access from the street below. As we enter, we have a wooden staircase that leads to the first floor, a large garage, a bedroom or multipurpose room, a bathroom, and a technical area, which is also prepared to be transformed into a kitchen. From this floor, there are two staircases at opposite ends that give access to the anteroom on the upper floor and to the outside garden.The upper level, which gives access to the common patio, has an en-suite bedroom, equipped with a bath, two other bedrooms with shared bathroom and double access (jack & jill style), a common living room and an equipped kitchen. On this level, we also access a versatile winter garden with sliding glass doors that open directly to the outdoor swimming pool.
