The house is situated in a quiet hamlet close to Serpins which boasts three bakeries, various cafes and restaurants, a post office and two supermarkets. Lousã and its many shops and amenities, including a newly renovated cinema, is 15 minutes away by car.
The historic city of Coimbra can be reached within 30 minutes by car, or with the new metro which opens in 2025.
