Quinta de Pilatos has an area of over 13,000 sqm and has a high available construction capacity. Easily monetized due to its privileged viewpoint between the Coura and Minho rivers, it overlooks the mouth and is crowned by the fascinating presence of Monte de Santa Tecla.
Access is guaranteed from the highest area on the North side, immediately presenting an amphitheater layout on what is for many the most beautiful natural stage in the region.
