Also on this floor we have a technical area of the pool, home automation, hydraulics and electricity of the villa with independent access from the outside to facilitate access for those who provide some maintenance service.
Also in the Spa we have a support bar with a professional ice machine, indoor relaxation area, dining area, and an outdoor living environment inserted in a garden to support the Spa.
In the main hall we can also access a laundry room with all the necessary equipment for the environment in question.
