The houses at Quinta das Lages, located in the center of Santa Marinha do Zzere, municipality of Baio and district of Porto, are at the beginning of the Alto Douro Wine Region classified by UNESCO as World Heritage.They are located 40 minutes from the Vila Real aerodrome and 30 minutes from the A4 motorway.
