Two hectares of land are automatically irrigated, there is a terraced garden that has 70 m2 of greenhouse, fruit trees, vegetable gardens, ornamental trees and lawn shrubs. The porch with terrace, the flower gardens, the vast trees and a lawn that runs down towards the water, are undoubtedly charming spaces for relaxation.
 The farm is prepared for various activities since the dam reaches the front of the farm by boat (sailing, rowing, canoes, etc.). The farm is located in the ideal place for astronomy lovers, for bicycle trips and trails lost through Unspoiled nature with a wide variety of wildlife and rare birds. It is located in Southwest Alentejo, on the banks of the Santa Clara dam.

Electricity is supplied by photovoltaic arrays that charge a large bank of batteries. It is then converted with a 'Sunny Boy' inverter to a common 240 volts. This eco-friendly system is supported by a 21.5 kw, three-phase Deutz generator, with full service for when there is a cloudy period.
