Modern style 3 bedroom house, in the town of Fráguas, municipality of Rio Maior.
The Villa is located on a 2020m2 plot of land with all infrastructure on site.
The villa has an area of 110 m2 with two bathrooms (one of them private), an open-space living room and kitchen and three bedrooms (one of them a suite).
The construction will be modular with a galvanized steel structure based on a concrete base.
The exterior walls are structurally made with high-density Quickplack boards and are made with a quickfoam core (high-density expanded polystyrene) covered by a double layer of quickmôrtar and quickfiber mesh (intertwined fiberglass mesh). Subsequently, these walls are covered with white mortar and plaster, and as a final finish they will be painted with plastic paint.
The roof is structurally made with high-density Quickplack boards, made with a quickfoam core (high-density expanded polystyrene) covered by a double layer of quickmôrtar and quickfîber mesh (intertwined fiberglass mesh). This coverage ends with Lisomat Stop Goteras insulation from the Bessier brand.
Stonework in 20 mm Moleanos polished natural limestone, with water-repellent treatment. Frames in white Pvc and double glazing.
Interior walls are structurally made from a galvanized steel structure, a layer of mineral wool, then plasterboard - type Pladur, and finished with plastic paint for plasterboard, type Cin.
The floor is structurally made with 100 mm thick Sandwich Panel, from the brand QuîckPlâck, and is made with a quickfoam core (high-density expanded polystyrene) covered by a double layer of quickmôrtar and quickfiber mesh (intertwined fiberglass mesh). . Vinyl flooring applied to the entire floor surface, equally in the 3 rooms. The self-leveling agent will then be applied, which will completely stabilize the floor. To finish, the vinyl flooring and blanket will be applied. The rest is dependent on the customer's choice. (This entire descriptive memory of the construction can be visited in the factory)
