Rustic land located in Quinta do Anjo, Estrada Nacional 379 - Palmela, Next to Mveis Quintola and Espao Fortuna, Entrance with gate next to the bus stop, this land has about 5596 m2, has the possibility of building 140m2, according to information given in meeting with CMP- City Council of Palmela, based on the current PDM.Its unobstructed view over the Serra da Arrbida and being at a higher point in relation to the road about 3 meters above it, thus allowing the land to be isolated in terms of sound and at the same time with a magnificent view over all the surrounding nature, a part of the land is classified as an ecological reserve.There is also a surrounding plot of land with several trees on a plot of land that serves as a ridge between the two existing plots, thus creating a natural barrier to access to this plot.Quinta do Anjo Parish of the Municipality of Palmela with a geographical area of 51.06Km2.It is located near the peaceful and ancient village of Palmela, close to the Castle of the same name.This entire region has a strong rural activity related to the primary sector, such as viniculture, cheese factories and bakeries, which are the same references for the entire district south of Lisbon and Lisbon inclusive.In addition to the Primary Sector here strongly represented by activities, some of them millenary, there is also a strong component of the Industrial Sector, with a strong presence as well, with two very important companies at the National level:the Coca-Cola factory and Autoeuropa - Volkswagen Group
