Porto Covo, Setúbal Municipality 7520

In the heart of the fishing village of Porto Covo, 50 meters from the beach and within the Southwest Alentejo and Costa Vicentina Natural Park, a new project will be born with several flats. With an excellent seafront location on an 8-hectare plot, this project will consist of around 240 holiday flats, with private swimming pools and set in a private condominium with services included, and a communal area of gardens and recreational spaces. The project is being developed by the team of architect Gonalo Salazar de Sousa.
